We stayed at an idyllic place for the night (on the Mesa de Roldán), but the next day was windy and cool, so we drove off.

We stopped at San José. It’s a touristy place, but due to the season there weren’t many people.

On our walk to the harbour we saw some interesting plants and rocks. Lots of cats were about 🙂

The road to the Playa de Mónsul was very dirty… The beach is surrounded by dunes.

The beach is fabulous! It has been used as film location, e.g. for an Indiana Jones film.

The sunset was beautiful!

We were not the only camper van wanting to stay the night, on the carpark nearby. Unfortunately we were told (very friendly, but still) to leave 😦
