Our place for the night was very idyllic:

We hesitated to do the walk (because of the weather forecast), but what a good job that we did go! It turned out to be another WOW walk.

Our senses got spoilt: the smells, the quiet, the flowers, the birds, the scenery – it was great!

We walked through a pine forest, and above the cliffs. The lighthouse is called Faro de Trafalgar – it’s where the famous battle of Trafalgar was fought in 1805.

The ground often consisted of sand.

We passed the Torre del Tajo.

Several hundreds of flowers!

The owner of these dogs had them posing for me 🙂

The scarab had a big job to do!

We then drove further along the coast, with a stop in Conil de la Frontera.

Just a bit south of Roche we stopped for the night.
