Not far from Elx there is a birdwatching place, a nature park. We saw lots of different ducks and flamingos. After a bit of a walk we came to a more secluded place to watch more flamingos, and some cormorans. The guy at the info center told us, we’d find some ducks with light blue…

This park is just north of Benidorm. It’s done up very touristy. We walked up to the light tower Faro de l’Albir The view from the top was splendid Afterwards we drove on past Alicante, to a town called Elx/Elche. There are probably more palm trees than inhabitants!
