That day we did another WOW walk ! We started off at Benagil …

… and we walked along the coast.

There are quite a few huge holes, formed over thousands of years.

The colours were fantastic. Unfortunately the sea was murky.

The cliffs are quite high, and very steep.

There are hundreds of arches and holes and stacks!

This reminded me of Durdle Door in Dorset (GB)!

Thousands of shells are sort of pressed into the rock.

We were lucky that it was such a sunny day!

It always amazes us what happens in nature, over millions of years…

This is what the Algarve is famous for!

After we had reached Praia da Marinha, we returned the same way. The scenery is so gorgeous that we didn’t mind at all 🙂

Of course we also saw lots of birds and flowers 🙂

In Benagil we watched how eight men could hardly pull up a boat…
