This is the most south-westerly point of Europe! You can buy t-shirts with „The end of the world“ printed on 🙂

There is some art on display, and we saw a special bicyle stand.

The view is good…

… but we were a bit disappointed after being so spoilt the last few days. On our stroll on top of the cliffs we saw an amazing amount of lovely flowers!

We didn’t expect that in this karst landscape!

Some birds were busy building their nests.

We saw a lot of fishermen.

The water was very clear again!

The cliffs are about 70 meters high!

On the way back to Sagres I saw a pottery shop with a special front 🙂

We stopped at the Forte do Beliche. It won’t be long before it all ends up in the sea…

… what a shame for this old building.

In the evening we drove back to the Cabo da São Vicente to watch the sunset. There were too many clouds for that, but we enjoyed it anyway 🙂

The lighthouse !
