An eventful day… We started off at the barrier lake „barragem de Alqueva“.

At last some vines – and other impressions … The stone heaps are marble!

The next stop was in Estremoz. We walked up to the castle.

A restaurant in a former jail, and narrow streets.

Marble seems to be common building material ! The entrances were often slanted !

We enjoyed the view 🙂
