Yesterday was a day spent with washing and driving, therefore no pictures… The park Ria Formosa is very informative. Before it started to rain we had a little walk. We saw lots of different birds, amongst others flamingos on one leg only (for Vreni !) … … no chameleons (as announced), but lots of trees….

We started off at Laranjeiras, a little village next to the river Guadiana. Some houses are for sale… We soon gained altitude and had a good view of the river. The vegetation was lush!
