around Plougrescant – 21.-27.4.2022

I am terribly fond of this part of Brittany, that’s why we decided to spend a week here, at the end of our trip to the Iberian Peninsula.

Over the last 20 odd years I’ve taken thousands of photos of this place, therefore this blog only shows a few selected spots that we visited (again) this time 🙂

My favourite walk is from Gouermel past Pors Scaff to Le Gouffre !

We took some photos at low tide and later at a fairly high tide 🙂

When the tide is really high, this house can only be reached by boat!

Around Pors Scaff:

At low tide the boats tend to lie down.

Lots of flowers were blooming !

Butterflies and birds were around, too.

Some nice houses, some with an interesting garden …

… and „la maison entre les rochers“ (the house between the rocks):

We didn’t go to „Le Gouffre“ because there were too many people there.

Some impressions at low tide …

… and another day at a fairly high tide:

Le Café Pesked and Le Merle Moqueur at La Roche Jaune are highly recommended restaurants in that region!

One of my top favourite places to be 🙂

The rest of the week we enjoyed spending time with one of my dearest people on earth, drinking aperitif and eating well 🙂
